Complete renovation\u00a0<\/h2>\n

The work was carried out in the strictest compliance with the highest standards in terms of quality and security. The project provided for a complete renovation of the building, including, apart from the high-end finishes, refurbishment of the sanitary equipment, plumbing, electricity, water supply systems, lifts, double-glazed aluminium frame windows, walls, ceilings and floor coverings, … “For each aspect of the project, we used superior-quality materials. Our teams, on the ground, harnessed all their know-how to deliver a prestigious building, on budget and on time “, said Michael Igor Forrest, CEO of NBLIA. The entire building has been renovated according to standards specific to the banking sector. This includes armoured and semi-armoured materials, cutting-edge technologies in the security field, acoustic insulation of the rooms and equipping of the bank vaults, … Furthermore, inside the building there is a pyramidal atrium on two floors. This houses a meeting room and a VIP reception room.<\/p>\n

The renovation work was carried out by the companies New Baron Lev\u00eaque International Afrique [NBLIA], Entreprise Generale Malta Forrest [EGMF] and Ateliers d’Electro-Maintenance Industriels [AEMI].
